BLAZER would assign an experienced Project team sole responsible for project and its deliveries at customer premises. The project team will be headed by a Project Manager who will be responsible for customer account in terms of deliverables, status updates, acceptance and signoff.

BLAZER applies time tested tools and methods to deliver the projects in time consistently. The activities performed by the Project Team are:

Project work breakdown structures and schedules
Project plans
Procurements
Deliveries
Progress reports
Subcontractor status reports
Quality control reports
Finished installation reports

BLAZER carefully monitors customer’s network implementation, which enables us to identify and resolve any problems quickly. Serving as the pivot point, the project manager keeps both customer organization and the management apprised of VSAT project’s progress. This arrangement permits us to respond promptly to customer directives and information requests.
